Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
In order to accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at support@farhatglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
